Texas State LR Championship (Houston, TX)

Today's individual results.
From the bulletin email:
"There were 84 shooters that entered the TSRA LR Championship today. The winds were 10-12 MPH mostly from the northeast with gusts up to 20 MPH. Temperatures were in the 70’s for most of the day. "

The conditions today were tricky. Peter Johns and Jade Delcambre did some phenomenal shooting in F/TR and are neck-and-neck for 1 and 2, with Ron Santhuff and Santiago Covarrubias also shooting very well being not too far behind as 3 and 4. It will be a nail-biter tomorrow, weather permitting.

Looks like Erik won F-Open. I'll post the full results when available.
Congratulations to Erik! Mark also shot very well. Windy conditions again today.

First thanks to all of those that worked countless hours organizing and coordinating this event. Ben Brooks, the Dyers and many others! Thank you!

3 classes decided by a single point!

Congratulations to the winners! Erik Back to back in the open field with those guys was a mighty tall task!

Congrats to Jade single point decided between 1st to 3Rd! Amazing shooting by Peter J shooting that turtle load in FTR... Also new shooter Santigo only 1 point down. Congrats to some very good scores in the single matches from Joe R out mid range captain who shot personal best with 195-8x and I heard that Peter shot PB match with 196-10x. Very good scores guys! And this morning high FTR score from Fredrik with 197-7x in those building conditions was very nice!

Great shooting folks!

Great match in tough winds all weekend, it blew really hard Saturday (more than the 1st day match report said). Congrats to everyone that shot well in all categories, it was a grind it out type of match that went down to the wire. A number of guys could have easily won it. Big thanks to Ben Brooks for calling the match along with everyone else involved there that helped to put this match on just like Johnny said. It was very well run. Look forward to seeing everyone again at future matches there........;):)
