Did you shoot any other groups?
[br]old_dood said:I shot these today at 100 yds. 6mmbr Norma, 105g Nosler Custom Competition, .020" jump, VV N150. Based on what I've read here, I'm assuming my node is very wide. Another fact. Last week I got nearly the same exact performance with Berger 105 Hybrids and the same exact powder amounts. So do I dump my scale and drop powder right into the case?

What are the velocities and spreads?
Erik Cortina said:Hard to read individual groups like that. I would work with 44.5 for now and go from there. 600 yards is fairly easy to get a descent load for anyway.
Next time you do a test, download a target from the first page of this thread and and shoot all your groups on it.

Erik- this is the full range of loads you suggested and on one target, any feedback would be appreciated.
Erik - will load some tonight and test as soon as possible, will post the results.Erik Cortina said:Flat Land Shooter said:Erik Cortina said:Hard to read individual groups like that. I would work with 44.5 for now and go from there. 600 yards is fairly easy to get a descent load for anyway.

Looks like your node is from 44.0 to 45.0 gr.
Load up 44.5 gr. and adjust seating depth in .003" increments. Load .005" from toughing and seat deeper into the case.

Thanks for taking the time to help, as there is no local help.

seating testErik Cortina said:It can be both. We'll see what it looks like after you do the bullet seating test.
