Final Testing - Everything put together. Crony broke today, so missing numbers on some groups. It appears that the gun has a large node between 52.6 and 53.5 I need to retest 53.1 and 53.6

I plan on shooting 53.3.

Last week I got nearly the same exact performance with Berger 105 Hybrids and the same exact powder amounts. So do I dump my scale and drop powder right into the case?

Your chronograph will show the node width and location. Look for a range of .4-.8 grains where velocity and ES do not change. Then, load to the center. It looks like your rifle is shooting well enough to benefit from careful tuning.

Load up 44.5 gr. and adjust seating depth in .003" increments. Load .005" from toughing and seat deeper into the case.

Sorry jumping in here, but on the same topic. Starting with seating depth, Is there a good starting point for testing? Where should you start testing a tangent, or secant, or hybrid bullet?

14-17 looks good. Could re test from 12 to 19 in 1 thous increments to really fine tune seating window

Looks like .014 - .017 jump is the sweet spot. Load them at -.015" and you are good.
