Vudoo V22S SS BR/F Class Action

Hello Guy's, I was shooting my Vudoo Repeater with a single-shot adapter and a "great" lot of Midas Plus this weekend at the GA State & Black Hawk Open match when I shot that target. It was really a great, fun and competitive match.


Doc, I really enjoyed meeting and talking with you at the match. I hope our paths cross again soon at the range.


Now lets get back on topic - The Vudoo SS and when we will have them. I hope very soon, I just hope my new Vudoo SS shoots as good as my repeaters do! LOL

I have read this entire thread and follow it. I’ve created a log-in at The Hide very recently and just finished reading the thread there and of course follow it. I am a very proud V22 GEN2 owner. I very interested in rimfire BR and F Class disciplines.

Anyways I just want to say thank you to all for a ton of great info to say the least!! Oh and yes I am very much leaning adding a V22S to the family maybe 2.

So the ball is 100% rolling and the wait begins!!!!! V22S barreled action is ordered. Stock is ordered/in the works. Tuner is ordered.

Now narrowing down what glass and rings I am going to run, decisions, decisions.

Not better, but definitely different. Six o'clock ignition, three lug bolt, new fire control system. The new fire control is in the Gen 2 repeaters though; it was actually born in this action and moved into the Gen 2 two lug action.

I searched a bit and I still have question(s). I do not want to derail this thread as it is specific to the Vudoo V22S SS. I ask because it is directly related to my very recent Vudoo V22S SS build so hence the post here.

I chose to go with a one piece rail versus dove tail. Mainly because I am much more familiar with one piece versus dovetail mounts. I am 90% leaning towards Kebly’s rings for this rig. I notice Kebly’s offers dove tail and rail options on just about all their rings. Is there really clear pros and cons for each one piece vs. dove tail specifically for RFBR? Again I am dipping my feet into RFBR and would appreciate some guidance.

I designed the Bore Guide that BoreTech sells. It works in Gen 1, 2 and 3 actions, so yes, it's the one you'd use for the V-22S.

Yes thank you. Not only does it look awesome but its built like a tank.

A couple weeks ago when I ordered my V22S with a 24” Shilen Ratchet and was going to get it threaded. The intent was to run an Ezell Tunner on it after talking to Mike Ezell. When I was ordering it with Vudoo they strongly recommended not threading a Ratchet so I decided to heed their advice. I called Mike back to change the order from a threaded rimfire to clamp.

They're consistent, but I wouldn't order the tuner to a specific diameter. In my opinion, it should be fit properly to the host barrel.
