Teslong Bore Scope

OK teaser, spill the beans. :D

Bore Tech Eliminator wash with bronze brush. Very wet soak then wait. Then followed by wet soaked brushing maybe 30 strokes.

Then Flitz Bore Cleaner on a Tipton nylon brush short stroking back and forth maybe 30 strokes or more.

Flood with Super Slick and then bronze brush to remove Flitz using Super Slick flooding the bore and brushing. Repeat.

Flood with Super Slick and patch till clean.

If the bore is still dirty then repeat.

If I have shot many rounds like say 200 or more I do the Flitz step twice.

I would use the Iosso brushes but they are crazy expensive and wear out pretty fast. I am considering trying a 257 nylon brush in the 243 and a 243 in the 22 for the Flitz I haven't tried that yet.

Yea, but it’s fun when your done to walk out in the waiting room and act like your in pure agony!
That'd be if the doc handed me bad news. When he says "Right as rain! See you in five years." I'm skipping like a goat out through reception, and heading straight for Ruth's Chris steakhouse.

Yes Sir, I just had my first one done a few weeks ago. Very nice nurse called me back and said they wanted to see me again in 10 years. I couldn’t be happier!

WHAT!!!! Hey McGraw....I am Teslong's best #1 salesman, period! I have dozens of photos with in depth reporting posted on the Teslong thread in the optics and bore scopes section. Check it out. No question I am the one responsible for Amazon always running out of them.:D Whether WiFi or the original model they make a really good product for the buck.

Back to Teslong. I got out most, if not all, of the carbon. Rescoped and found incredibly rich, bright yellowish copper coating the lands until about 1/3 of the way down. I guess the carbon was covering much of the copper. That $75 Teslong just might have saved me another drop in barrel sooner than I would have expected. Android picture on phone is really good, using an IPad is a whole lot better. Next is to see about hookup to a 43" TV. However that would require using a den for a gun workroom. I have been informed that the idea wouldn't fly and that if I insist, I could go live over my daughter's unheated and un air conditioned garage. Being the weak individual I am, I relented. Life consists of many choices. I feel that I would rather not die alone living over a garage.

@Fotheringill
With flat-panels being as cheap as they are, I dedicated a 24" Vizio to my cleaning bench, and bought a new 32" to replace it's duty (displaying it on the 32" makes me desire that size as well... lol). Then for mobility, using a 17" laptop, also puts cell phone and smaller displays to shame.
The bigger the display, the easier to use and more fruitful experience - IMO

I would start it but it is your idea.

Item #1- my copper cleaning regimen has not worked and I have to be more diligent in doing it. I use Bore Tech Cu+2 at the range and at home. We all want to do the best we can be, but I couldn't justify the expense of the costlier scopes. The Teslong is at the right price point for the non professional shooters.

There will be so many bore videos, the posts that say "my barrels don't foul, I just run a few patches of Hoppes and they are clean" will start to diminish exponentially.

I can tell you this, after doing my own extensive cleaning tests, I have found it takes a heck of lot more to clean a barrel to spotless clean than most people would ever think.

This little device is going to change shooting. You watch....
