Tack driver live results

PREREGISTRATION for the 2021 event is open to everyone today! I will be taking the first 100 people that complete the mail in registration form along with the $100 deposit. I would bet the spots fill rather quickly with all the discussion across the nation! DON"T hesitate on mailing in your registration as you might be on the outside looking in! Camping spots need to be reserved on a first come first serve basis. They will require an additional $60 deposit to reserve you a location. I ONLY have 13 spots will full hookups and 7 with water and electricity. Let the planning begin and I can't wait to see who THE "Tack Driver" is in 2021.

I would venture a guess that every shooter who stayed near the top had a rifle that was capable of that magic “sub .200 Agging Capability”. That does not mean shooting an occasional good group and saying you have a rifle that shoots “ones”. That means having a Rifle that is capable of doing that every time.
Jackie, if you shoot an occasional good group with a rifle is it reasonable to think that rifle is "capable of doing that every time"? It's easy for me to think (recognizing that I'm no expert on this) that the rifle might be capable -- but not the shooter. Thoughts?

Hello
does tack-driver 2020 have an equipment-list? It would be very interesting for me to see with which weapons / calibers what results were shot. Thank you in advance for all your efforts.

I didn't compile an equipment list. The top 4 guns were 4- 6PPC's and 1- 30WW in the Grand AGG. The shooters won the match not the cartridge.

Every time you shoot at 600 or 1000 that is how it is score and group on the same target, nothing new..... jim
I dont Think it is the same. At 600 and 1000 the same target is scored for group and score
An actual SR score target is a different animal.

Yes I know that, so what is the difference except they shoot in separate events ..... jim
I guess this is one of those if I have to explain you wouldn’t understand thing

A dedicated score target on one relay and a dedicated group target on the next was an enjoyable change of pace for me.

have you ever shot SR score? It is impossible to do without seeing your bullet holes.

OK, sorry guys but what is a 30WW, I assume it is a variant of a 30BR but google turned up nothing.
Sounds like it was a great shoot!

Why? You sure can't see the holes at 1000.....BTW... yes I shot score..... jim

And its impossible to do without sighters you can shoot at anytime. Not being able to shoot sighters when you know you need a sighter doesnt make any sense at all
