LOL..... be careful what you wish for.I can’t wait to see 200+ flags all point in a different direction at the same time.
You will not need your 15ft flag poles. It’s pretty flat and level.@jcline is this a 300 meter range also?
Do you need 15' wind flags?
With some of us on suicide watch after the last match Jim decided to throw us a bone and shoot 300 yds. instead of meters.@jcline is this a 300 meter range also?

Will that shy 28.084 yards make for some new barrel chambers? With some of us on suicide watch after the last match Jim decided to throw us a bone and shoot 300 yds. instead of meters.
I wouldn’t exactly say that just yet Dave. You do know that this year we will be shooting new “Official Tack Driver” targets, right? Remember I am match director that likes to challenge his competitors. This will be one to remember for sure! With some of us on suicide watch after the last match Jim decided to throw us a bone and shoot 300 yds. instead of meters.
Same as last year 10/31-11/1Do we have dates yet?

As a rookie shooter (have only shot club matches) here in middle Tennessee, I've adopted the "go big, or go home" mantra for next year as I plan to begin shooting the Memphis IBS matches and am in the TD VII field as well. Perhaps I'm a little nuts and this puts me in the "what the hell are you thinking" category, but I've gotta say that I'm pretty excited about all of this. Looking forward to meeting you all in Georgia!
It's a fun time regardless of how you shoot! I frequently put my pants on both legs at once (confined space in the camper). I also shot very poorly this year. Maybe there is a correlation there.Ain’t no big deal man. Everyone puts their pants on one leg at a time. You will be fine.
Bill, if your .308 was built for 300 meters I’d suggest you remove approximately .283cm from the barrel length to allow proper functioning at the shorter distance.I frequently put my pants on both legs at once (confined space in the camper). My 308 for TD 7 was built specifically for 300M (don't ask why I didn't use it last year. It has something to do with contrariness and stubbornness. These are traits my wife claims I have. Maybe so) but should work at 300 yd.
As far as flags go, I feel I suffered from sensory overload. Too many flags overloaded my limited capacity available for computation. This another way of saying, I came, I saw, but I was still clueless. I'll confess to being totally baffled when a ribbon stood straight up in front of the target. I took it as a signal to fire. It wasn't. WH
