I think 14'-16' will work.
I am fortunate enough to not have to worry about that. My bench mates bring the flags. I am just the flag setter-up boy.

Mike, Joe Duke is the Flag Captain for our Bench. I’m sure he will appreciate the help.

We are anticipating setting the flags as soon as allowed thursday afternoon. I have the flags and poles needed. Those on our bench are me, Wes Johnson, Jackie Schmidt, Tom Parks, Mike Elliott, and Dwight Haby. We wont know the order until registration.
