You can laugh about it, but I would never believe how far down the toilet, as a country we have gone.
Yes, thats alot of primers, but there was a time when that would have lasted about 6 months of shooting.Smiling about all the money I've saved since 2020 by being proactive. I learned a hard lesson in 2012 and vowed never again.

It will be interesting to see what they end up costing down here in the Antipode's. Even doubling the USD price to equate to an NZD won't touch it. I would anticipate if you were permitted (by supply) it will be around the $1500 NZD rangeI bought 5000 CCI 450 today. $399.99 with free shipping and hazmat.
Primers and powder are way too expensive. For cci large rifle primers I am paying the same price for 100 that I used to pay for 1000So of late I'be been bombarded by Bruno Shooters Supplies, often several times a day which just makes me want to unsubscribe from their emails, over primer and powder stock. I decided to check what I paid the last time I bought primers.
CCI BR4 in April 2018 I bought a bunch at an equivalent of $55/1000. Bruno is now touting stock at $140 per 1000 (if bought in lots of 5k). Yes prices should have gone up but not 250% !!! Clearly there's a lot of gouging still going on this market. Let them sit on the shelves for a bit longer yet. Luckily I have plenty for now.
