I'm sure they are not. They are taking, probably, the same profit margin now as they did a year ago, but passing on any increase to them to us. That's certainly understandable.

If you shoot more than 5K/yr you should have had a nice stockpile before this bs started. If you didn’t, I don’t have much sympathy.
Larry’s prices are high but he’s competing with gun broker now, not other legitimate retailers.

You want to see primers get really expensive, wait until they start trading on the CME.

I don't shoot more than 5K a year, about half that maybe a bit less. But, I'm ok, and thanks for the sympathy.

You know what the problem is fellas??? It’s that the bullets, powder, primer manufactures need to start sell Directly to the consumers. That’s how you could get around all of the insane price gouging. I’d rather pay 20% increase than double or triple that these online sales retailers are asking. You know the sad thing is, people will pay whatever amount they have to to get what they need. Just like my sisuation currently, I bought a LCT press I happened to find one at a decent price. Problem is you can’t find turrets anywhere unless you get on Amazon or EBay and pay 50.00 a piece when they usually only sell for 13ish bucks. Yea to heck with that, if I was smart I’d sell ALL my equipment and make a killing on it and find a different hobby.

Boy I wish they had some small rifle primers for $75 a 1,000. Nothing. Have not seen or sniffed primers for sale since later last year.
To talk of overpricing and availability is to be from an alternative universe. There are NO primers available anywhere I can find. At Manatee in South Florida, our shooters are dropping for this primer reason alone. Primers do not exist for sale. What you might find is old production hoarded and now trying to be sold for mega dollars. New production - far as I can tell - nothing.
Our shooting has ended.
