Garmin chronograph

Don’t feel bad I lost a scope 6 months ago and still haven’t found it. Just counting it as a loss .
I've got my name and phone number on most shooting gear I bring to the range. I left some stuff once, and it wasn't turned into Lost & Found, nor did anyone call me. Honor, like common sense, is no longer common.

Still chugging along with a LR -- some day when I get pizzed at it, I'll buy a Garmin or perhaps LR's new gizmo.

Back when I would shoot alot of big bore at the range I would wind up in a half daze at the end of a long session. This is when I would leave stuff! Now that I only have pea shooters like 6mm and .224 no more daze! Probably better for my brain too!

I am very happy with my Xero C1 and have used it many times in practice and at matches. I had been using the small tripod that was included but decided on something a bit more secure. I made an adapter for the Seb NEO-X handle with the slot, and it works perfectly! It snaps easily in place, and can be turned, but stays in place.

In the past few months I have seen here and other places on the web probably 200 different DIY mounts and a few very pricey production verities, including the two I made one for bench mounting and another for gun mounting. The one I use the most is just setting the Garmin on the bench top left of the front rest or bipod pointed down range! But of all I have seen, I like Alex's the best, clean and slick.

What’s everyone think of the garmin chronograph after using it for awhile?
I got lucky after I had ordered a Lab Rader in May last year. (when the LRs were scarce) Still waiting in October, was give the option of switching my order to the Garmin. I took the plunge based on the fact they were compact and due to the complaints of folks who had a Lab Radar.
Very happy with my Garmin. Have owned a Shooting Chrony Beta, Cadwell, and last a Magnetospeed V3.

The Garmin tracked really well with my V3 when used simultaneously.

I lost mine after using it for a few months and I ordered a replacment the next morning. If that tells you anything. And then a few weeks later I found the 'lost' one in the stationary drawer where my wife put it in some daze. Now as a penalty for her actions I havent told her and get to have two now! one at bench and one down range to measure bc!
Glue on a Apple air tag somewhere in the bipod. Or whatever Android offers as a tag. Throw a tag inside the box where you keep it.
