Garmin chronograph

Top notch unit. I couldn’t ask for a better unit. I have not dropped a single shot since I got it and I’ve fired a grand total of 1231 shots through it. My labradar dropped 1 out of every 15-20 shots.

ok thanks haven’t used mind yet.

I just used mine for the first time finally over the weekend running some loads for the 6XC. I thought it was worth its weight in gold. I'm not sure I used it as efficiently as I could. Maybe someone could provide some feedback if there is a more efficient way. I started a new session for each charge and ended up with 11 sessions uploaded to my phone. I added notes to each session. The unit is awesome. No errors. Provided a huge depth of information. I love it.

Now as for the Ramshot Hunter I was testing in my 6XC, can't say I loved that......

It looks like Athlon is getting in the race to make a similar chrono. They are exhibiting the Athlon Rangecraft Velocity Pro Chronograph at the 2025 Shot Show and it looks a lot like the Garmin unit.

EurOptic is selling them on backorder for $349 for April 2025 delivery. Can't wait to see how well the perform!

Question, how is the app? One of my biggest disappointments with labradar is the app. I had issues with it at first, then it worked well for awhile the it stopped connecting. Anytime I heard that there was an update I’d erase then reload the app and it wouldn’t work. Will never buy another labradar. Product support in my opinion is severely lacking.
Can you label groups and is the data available on the app while not connected to the unit?

I have had mine about 6 months and have used it 4 or 5 times. Only shot it ever missed was user error, I did'nt select the correct velocity range for the rounds I was shooting. I think the app is great. Yes, all the data is available when the unit is not in use. You can make notes and deselect rounds from SD calculations. I am sure it does other things I am not aware of yet also. One thing I like is that you can send yourself a spreadsheet of each session if you want to print it out.
