Glad you found it! I felt real bad for you when you posted that you lost it.I lost mine after using it for a few months and I ordered a replacment the next morning. If that tells you anything. And then a few weeks later I found the 'lost' one in the stationary drawer where my wife put it in some daze. Now as a penalty for her actions I havent told her and get to have two now! one at bench and one down range to measure bc!
thx. I try not to be so careless anymore as not making $$ but I feel better now!!Glad you found it! I felt real bad for you when you posted that you lost it.
Don’t feel bad I lost a scope 6 months ago and still haven’t found it. Just counting it as a loss .thx. I try not to be so careless anymore as not making $$ but I feel better now!!
Can you elaborate on your down range setup?I lost mine after using it for a few months and I ordered a replacment the next morning. If that tells you anything. Had a LR since they came out- Garmin is so much better- so handy and easy to use. Rarely misses a shot —but there is this- nothing is perfectWhat’s everyone think of the garmin chronograph after using it for awhile?
I use the steel plates that hang off a t-post. Plan is to weld a small support on back side of post so can mount the garmin. Then set the plate infront of it acting as a shield. leave at least 20 yards of free space behind the post. Once you set the garmin on ready for first shot, you have 30 minutes before it auto turns off. Thats the plan! post being welded today. Can you elaborate on your down range setup?
Thank You, looking forward to your full report of the results and how you then calculate the BC.I use the steel plates that hang off a t-post. It should work. As far as calculating bc I will figure that out once I have the numbers! But I guess I will also have to wait for the right conditions to shoot...ie average conditions of light cross breeze and no head or tailwind. This wont happen for atleast a week in my area.Thank You, looking forward to your full report of the results and how you then calculate the BC.
