7-6.5 PRC F-CLASS !!!!!!!!!!

Apparently so, it holds a very small capacity advantage. I'd like to know whether it's as inherently as accurate and easy to tune as the 284 once necked up.
Time will tell, but personally I dont consider the 284 to be all that inherently accurate. It fits in a niche that makes it a good choice for F-open. But you wont see me or many others running one in BR. Some of the best shooting 284s I have seen are what an average 300 wsm or 6mm br variant does. Hopefully this prc case can help that. One of the problems I think is that at least in my experiance peak accuracy usually comes at pretty high pressures and that rebated rim 284 case just cant handle it. I know a lot of guys talk about low nodes, but for me strictly tuning every rifle from BR, ELR, F Open, and Hunting rifles at 1k not mid or short range I will end up on the high node 99.9% of the time.
My opinion on easy to tune is not necessarily the case either. When theres 1000s of 284s out there guys will get them dialed in really well and it becomes common knowledge of what to feed them.

In lr br most guys take about 7 sighters by my estimate then rip 10 as fast as possible. Some take less sighters some take more.
Every barrel and rifle is an individual but I do know that I dont want any component stopping me from running the node that shoots best.

If you're using 4350 class powders I doubt a AI version would give you much more anyway since you are already a long way from compressed with that powder class. In fact it may reduce its effectiveness with 4350 due to lower case fill percent. 4831 class powders would likely see a more noticeable benefit and actually make that a pretty juiced round.

I think an AI version might lose some flexibility and be put too solidly in 4831 class powders for a 180. It might give access to the faster end of h1000 class powders with 190+ pills though.
Have you ever used the 7 saum in competition?

so at this time for f class you have great brass options for all cases

Looks very accurate except the 300saum imp. It's right at 2930fps with 208s

I have a good friend that built a 7PRC once he got his load down he is lighting it up at 1k and the 600. Yesterday I was scoring his target at a mid range and he did very well

What sort of velocity is he seeing and which powder did he settle on if you don't mind me asking?

I found H4350 worked well ….. 52.0-53.0gr in 30” barrel . 184 Hybrid 52.0 was around 2850fps 53.0 was 2915fps . Started to hit pressure around 53.4…..

It only matters if you can get brass and primers. If not it is all academic.

I have not been able to get 30-06 Sprg., 284 Win, 6.5-284, 6CM, 6.5CM, 300 Win Mag, 338 Win Mag, 308 Win Match Grade or low grade, 6.5 Grendel, 45-70 Govt., 260 Rem, 35 Whelen, 8x57 Mauser, 6.5x57 or any other brass I need to reload for about 1.5 to 2 years now. What I have I got before that time. I have plenty of bullets and powder and I have plenty of Magnum primers. I am not buying any more powder or bullets until I can get more primers and brass.

Today I looked at over 30 different calibers of brass on Graff & Sons and all of them were out of stock!

Not doing any new builds in new cartridges or old which sucks for gunsmiths until I can get brass and primers. Not buying any new barrels either. Not traveling to compete either. If I can not enjoy my hobby no one else will profit from me either!

I thought about wishing, praying and hoping that all the guys hording brass and primers would burn in hell forever but then I took that back since it does not seem Christ like!

The hobby is disappearing because some of you are terrible human being and hoard. Stop it! The entire industry is being hurt because so many of you you old worthless humans are hoarding primers, brass, and ammo. No one needs to buy a new rifle if they can not get ammo and components! Few will compete if they can not afford ammo because you are driving up the price through hoarding!

Idiots have driven the new car and truck market prices into insanity! The repo market is now at an all time high and climbing due to it! How much is enough?

Rant over God Bless!

You might take some of that "terrible human beings" for yourself for unfairly judging others. That is not why there is a shortage of reloading components. You should know better.

If it helps... brass for at least 5 or 6 of those listed calibers is available right now at BulletCentral.com...

The safety of my family and friends is MUCH more important to me that your desire to go shoot some competition. Sorry bud, but the hoarding will continue as long as there is a perceived threat level to our lives and freedoms.

All of the supplies you mention not being able to find are around. Plus primers and powders too....You just need to find a better way to locate it.
