Deadidaren are you guys communist down there? Don't get VV powders why not?
Because only 26 000 000 people and only about 5% shoot there all wimps that think the government knows what's best for them so a small market all we get is vv rifle we used to get small amounts of reloader series haven't seen win powder for 15 od years no loss there with temp coefficient but we do get all the hodgdon temp stable I think you call them as we make them here you know them as H4227 H4198 H322 bench mark bench mark 8208 and the same in imr 4895 varget H4350 H4831SC h1000 retumbo and H50BMG but the disgusting thing is our mongrel government sold our powder production plant to the bloody French of all people may aswell sold it to a bunch on muzzys.
We have been told so much crop about why we don't have pistol and shotgun powder it's not funny .
I personally think it's being made and being shipped to Europe and I don't have to tell you why all I can see is the 1930s coming again at a rapid rate but I'm a bit of a prepper I don't trust a word them buggers say .
I soot the mile with 7mm and 264 I do short range 700y with 223 and ipsc service Mach and stell challenge.
I'm not one of the typical beaten down I won't say AUSSIES as they are me the rest are Australian's sad but true.

Was able to get out and test my newly arrived Protektor rear bag in the hopes that it would right the ship on a rifle that has vexxed me all year, and it appears it was the right move!

Local club held a 100 yard "pistol" qualification today. Zeroed at 50 yards and then moved to 100 yards. Ten consecutive shots on the target, only three out of five of us made the qualification.

Shot our club's latest shotgun Money Shoot today.
Did pretty damn well by hitting 4 birds at 90 yards.
I was the 4th shooter on these birds and I knocked 2-3 people out with each one.

I was close to being in the money 4 times but ending up missing a whole bird out of the trap house at 40 yards and got knocked out.

A little frustrating but loads of fun!

You local to us shot gunners should come out and give it a whirl.

2nd and 4th Sundays of each month. 9:30am

I was not sure where to ask this. Today I got out and shot only powder and ball revolvers (percussion).
The Targets were:

Cardboard animals
Plastic pop bottles (two liters)
Aluminum soft-drink/beer cans (all empty from the recycling bin b.t.w.)
Dixie brand paper plates glued to two by four posts with bullseye rings drawn on with a sharpie

Target distances were 5, 10, 15 yards away so in my estimation safe given the materials
All firearms were reproductions only, no originals
40 rds of 6BRA at 600 yds, shooting steel
