P.S. I have a lot to learn about reloading for the Long Range. That's why I'm here.

Hello everyone. I live in rural Wisconsin on Lake Holcombe. I've reloaded since 1988 onn and off. Much more lately due to ammo prices. I load .357 mag, .45 ACP, 9mm, .308 Win, .223Rem, .204 Ruger, and just starting .338 Lapua Magnum. Just started following the Forum here. Looking forward to sharing with everyone!

New to forum, STP has been suggesting I join for some time now, and I decided it was time now. I have been posting for around a decade at SH under my name, Greg Langelius. Looking forward to learning and sharing.

My interests are rifle shooting 250yd and under, handloading 7,62x54R, 7,62x39, .30-'06, .30BR, .280 Rem, .260 Rem,. 223 Rem, .222 Rem.

Another Newbie here. I am preparing to start F/TR competition with some out of the box equipment. Rem 700 MilSpec 5R .308 Win with 4.5X14 Leupold mounted with Leupold Mk 4 Rings and Bases. Working on a load using Varget, Lapua cases, Barnes 175 BTHP, Fed 210. Vertical dispersion for 43.0 gr. is 1.5", 43.5 gr. is 1.8" and 44.0 is 1.5" for 3 rounds each. Thought my next step would be 43.0 to 44.0 in .2 gr. increments.

What do you think?

First day on the forum. I shoot mostly a Spikes Tactical .300 blackout and a DTA .308. Just bought a .223 Spikes as well and thought I'd join up here for some hopefully hand hints.

I live in England which is a bit tight tight on guns but not as bad as its made out!

Nathan

Hello from California. Been reloading since the 1980s. I reload .45 ACP, 9mm Luger, .30-06 Springfield, and .270 Winchester. Just discovered your forum.

hello everybody. New to this site, and to 6mm BR... and to tube guns. Just put together rem 700 in 6br and fit it into Eliseo R5 stock. The whole rig rocks! I can't believe, rifle shoot exactly where crosshair points. Although for now with only one bullet/charge/primer combination. I will be asking questions mostly, hopefully in due time I may contribute to the collective knowledge. I am 46, was shooting competitively handguns when I was around 12-13. I hunt small mule deer and black bears, shoot handguns and everything, shotguns and rifles. So I am not entirely new to firearms and shooting. I go by 22LR on "canadiangunnutz", though not very active lately.

Hello everybody! ;)
My name is Mauricio "Mac" Rocha and I am from Glenorchy(Queenstown).
I am more a hunter than a "precision" shooter, however tight groups/accuracy is my goal shooting at long range.
I am always looking to improve my novice skills and my acknowledge about reloading with precision and accuracy, i already saw few topics in the forum that interest me and already got some information about my goals.
Thank you for have me!

Mac

Hello to all. I'm Dennis Whitaker living in Eugene, Oregon. I'm back into precision rifle shooting! While living in Las Vegas in the 1980's, I owned a few bench rest quality rifles and was reloading searching for the perfect load for each. Sold all of the rifles and reloading equipment, got the divorce, moved to Idaho, etc. etc. Anyway, now I'm back! I found a used Remington 40X .222 Rem. with 3" Kelvar stock, but feared the barrel was shot out. My gunsmith just delivered the gun back with a new Hart barrel chambered in .222 Remington, Jewel trigger and Sako extractor. I put the Leupold 35X45 scope on it and away I go off into searching for the perfect load... again. He is also building a 6MM BR Remington for me. I sent the Rem. 700 action and he will provide the rest... McMillan hunter stock, Jewell trigger, Hart barrel chambered standard neck and 1 in 14 twist to shoot the lighter bullets. I have a 5-20X50 Vortex Raxor HD for this gun as I will be taking it out in search of varmints. So far, I've been hoarding primers and powder that is listed for these two calibers. Just had cataract surgery on my shooting eye and am super excited because I could not make the target come into focus, but now with my new Crystalens... watch out!

My names Jeremy but everyone calls me punk. I'm a 27 year old truck driver from New Hampshire. My dad drives truck also and has been collecting guns sence his teens, and him and I have been collecting together sence my early teens. Nothing extrodianrarly rare but all very respectable condition and all shooters. Mostly very nicely sporterized milsuprs. No bubba guns. Ive been reloading on my own sence I was 14 for a very wide range of different calibers and cartridges. I'm excited to share my knowlage and learn from others!

Aloha from the Big Island of Hawaii. I joined the sight to ask a single question about one load and got so much feedback from cool people that I'm sticking around. I have only been into handloading for about 2.5 years and have been working on 223, 30-30, 30-06, 9mm, and 357 SIG at this point. Was thinking my next rifle would be a 270 WSM, but mostly because of this sight I'm now very interested in a 6BR.

Hi everyone I'm new to the site my name is Don Bourdeau and I live in Mesa AZ. I have been reloading approximately two years and have recently got interested in long range target shooting with two Reminton 700's both in 308 one being an R5 and the other a custom built tactical. There seems to be a wealth of information on this site and I can't wait to dig into it. Don

Don,
Cannot believe I have pretty much the same story. Hey I shoot out in AZ in the winter. Do you belong to Rio Solado. Its a great place to shoot. Also the high power shilloutte matches are great too. Plan to do alot of shooting there when I get back in Nov when it gets a little cooler.
Pete

Hi. Gregory Garland of Westminster, Colorado, here. Glad to be a part of your forum. My handloading has been pretty standard stuff, but now that I've chosen to shoot F class, I've had to bring my "A" game, and in developing appropriate ammunition, I'm relying greatly on the basics, and the ability to learn new concepts, and new skills.

Hello to all, I am building a 20" Varmint/Match AR in 6mmAR and found this site and after lurking for a while I decided to join. I live in SE Co. I have been a hunter/shooter for 50 years and want to get back into an accurate 6mm in the AR platform. I'm here to learn from the old hands and maybe share a story or two myself. I hope to find others using the 6mmAR to share loads and thoughts. Thanks for being here. Jerry
