Hodgdon Australia manufactured powders are more expensive to ship and i expect “little birdy says” they will continue to increase. Look at the back of the bottle on the Hodgdon powder at your local shop and the USA made powders should still be $35-$40/lb. All of the Aussie powders are $55-65/lb and the price is about to increase again.

N310 for the 9mm and 38Special
3N37 for the 38 Special and 357 mag
N 330 for the 44 Special
N350 for the 44 mag
N133 for the 6 ppc
N140 and N 540 for a bunch of 6 mm stuff
N 150 for the 257 AI and the 250 AI and 284W
N 160 for everthing = 6 CM to 338 Win Mag.
yep I have been using this stuff for 25 years, quit everything else, clean burning and great lot to lot consistency. Like others, buy this stuff in 8 pound jugs and find time to burn out a barrel

N530* - light weight 223 loads, and light to mid weight 6.5 Grendel loads (100-123gr)
N133 40gr - 50gr 223 varmint loads
N135 50gr - 70gr 223 loads
N140, N540 - 75gr 223 loads, 140gr 7-08 loads, mid to heavy weight 6.5 Grendel (123gr and up)
N550 140gr 7-08 loads

*I've heard rumors that N530 has been discontinued, but I've recently been able to order it again. It gives me excellent results with 40gr .223 loads and 105gr and 123gr 6.5G loads. I have a few pounds of it left and have set it aside for my deer hunting loads for my Grendel. I hope they continue producing it.

Hah hah. I'll be the outlier here. Some guy with a pistol in a rifle forum . . . . Well, somebody's got to be the black sheep in the family. ;)

N310 in 45ACP under a 185 gr Nosler. The so-called Marine Corps Load. Used for Bullseye competition.
Hey Feller, you ain't alone, I've found 110 to be the perfect replacement for 2400. From what I've found you need a smidge more of it to match velocity but it's good to go in 38, 357, 41 mag, 44 special&mag, 45 colt, and the 454 in light & heavy loads. I've always liked using a slower powder when possible to eliminate the chance of double loading one and ruining a good handgun. I'm on my second 8lb jug in the handguns and carbines.... John

I prefer the 185 gr 45. I have a bunch of Geco ball, probably 220. loaded pretty stout. 185 is a dream to shoot

N140 - .308 Palma rifle - 155 gr bullets

and can be used for much heavier bullets. N140 does very well with the 185 Berger Juggernaut in 308 Win. I do however have reservations about it in small primer 308 brass.

N150 - .260 Rem - 136/139 gr bullets

..... and a superb powder in 308 Win with 168s and up. It's also very well suited to SP case use. I've used it with 155s many times too over the years where it's maybe a little down on MV, but gives small groups and ES values.

Overall, N150 is a very flexible powder with a large range of uses where VarGet, Re15 and similar are the norm. Ignore burn rate charts that show it as equivalent to IMR and H4350, although they overlap in some applications such as 6.5 Creedmoor and 260 Rem, but where it is a hair too fast and doesn't work for everybody. (Why Viht introduced N555 which is very close to N160 in burn rate / charges in such applications.)
