Texas, Where to live and be close to F-Class Matches?

Most, but not all, Counties do this. I'm in Elmore Co. Just go to the tax office with your tax return, fill out the form, and you're done. In my case, property tax was only $600 a year anyway, but now that my mortgage escrow has adjusted, that's $50 a month my payment dropped.
