.22LR PRS matches seem to be catching on. If any of you are shooting these matches, I’m curious what actions, chassis, barrels, mounts, and scopes you are running. Also, what range are you zeroing your scope? Our club matches have some targets at 25 yds which seems really close for a zero range but if longer and using a zero-stop scope then I guess you would be holding under. Is it more important to get your scope mounted lower and maybe you need a smaller objective to help you do that, or does that matter?

It doesn't really matter, what does matter is perfect cheek weld and the rifle comfortably set up for the individual. That's what I like about fully adjustable everything.

I sight in at 50Y, which I've always done with a 22. Seems like more of the stages are at 50y as well.At 25Y I hold .2 mil high. My dope is .7 mil at 75Y and 1.7 at 100Y.

My favorite 22 rifle, a Anschutz 1827F-nitride. Mount is a AI 28 moa and scope is S&B 3-20x50 MTC -LT/H59. A few months ago I won our high desert southwest regional NRL22 match with it. It's fast cycling, reliable, super accurate, lightweight and great for positional, ergos and balance are wonderful. Trigger is awesome too.

Doesn't really matter much for scope height. None will be so high that it will be any issue. Comfort is more important. I zero at 50 yards. It's a good all around zero. The matches I shoot go out to 300+ yards and in to around 20 yards.

I shoot a Vudoo Gun Works .22LR:
18" barrel
30 MOA base
Vortex Razor II 4.5-27x56 with 2C reticle
Manners T3 stock with mini chassis
