Shout out to Vortex warranty!!
After pondering the purchase for some time i Purchased a Vortex Viper HST 6 X 24. Upon arrival it had what looked to be a large piece of crosshair laying internally on the upper left. Natchez did not have another in stock to replace it and wanted me to wait until they refresh their stock.
ONE CALL to VORTEX and i had an overnight label in my email within an hour to send it back. VORTEX shipped a NEW replacement scope next day air no questions asked(BEFORE MY ORIGINAL EVEN HIT THERE LOCATION). Two days after my phone call i had a new scope in hand..
I liked the optic and also the service so i purchased a second Viper PST 6 X 24 this time. Scope arrives and has a scratch on top of the bell approx 1/4" of shiny metal.
ONE CALL to VORTEX and the same results as the above. Two days and problem GONE!!!
I dont think you will find many companies left that will stand behind a product like VORTEX...
