The die will size the brass to fit in the chamber. The problem was that when doing so, my comparator measures that as .020 bump when in reality, its more like .007 (max) according to Redding. Something is wrong with my comparator.But it will not fix your problem.
I gave you the solution in my previous post Sir. Comparitors only help you measure.

Thanks 243winxb - I knew better than that and should have been more careful. I was thinking of the Redding bushing neck sizing dies. My bad.
That is because the Sinclair is a .425 and not a .450. A .450 is what should be used on a WSM case.Picked up a set of Hornady bump gauges and the Hornady gauge is getting the same measurements as Redding. The Sinclair comparator is the problem.
