It’s been a while, maybe two years (? ) , but when I would go to our state range on a regular basis, guys would bring out their deer rifles just before gun season to check zeros and get in a little practice. Far and away the majority were Savage, usually Axis line.I have been working a 100/200/300yd range 2 of 5 days every week for the past 4+ years and I still see Savage at least 2 to 1 on our benches. Then followed by Ruger then Tikka, Remington. This is easy as you cannot miss the barrel nut.
