<4%!! That’s pathetic. 30 days a month at 12 hours a day - how many of you would like to take over without much support? I suspect if the other 96% gave even $5 that it would help a lot. Can’t imagine you can’t part with that small amount.

Right, I would think that would go a long way for the forum boss to hire some help to assist in his workload.

Maybe have an Bronze membership for $10 - $15 annually. Just a thought.

The good thing about running your own business or forum is you only have to work half a day, you can choose the first 12 hours or the second 12 hours!

We need to get at least two capable lieutenants for the forum boss!

I am about nine years older than him and a Vietnam Vet.

I also spent a career in the technicall fields, including a fair bit of computer work, and I have my own very small website, so I have feel for the effort needed if things are to survive and thrive.

My military experience and other life events have taught me the need for contingency plans, including loss of key people.

Having a couple of lieutenants will both ease the workload and allow a smooth continuation of our forum when the forum boss is either not available for the short term or for the longer term.

I haven't posted or used the classifieds, but for many years I have enjoyed the ability to access the wealth of knowledge through the forums.

Lieutenants would be easier to find if there was more money in the pot to pay them a decent wage I believe. 4% donating....hogwash

This is similar to paying for someone else's tuition.

This is gonna sound kinda harsh, but the kind of folks who won't pony up a few, or a few dozen dollars for maintenance and up-keep of our clubhouse--
well they probably don't put much value on their voting privileges, or the costs of other organizations that are directly responsible for defending our 2nd Amendment rights.

I wonder how many guys spend fifty bucks at Dutch Bros, without batting an eye, but haven't sent a dollar to the Forum. jd
