Your correct they are rolled/tapered in good eye frank, what the heck causes that ?Looking back at the red case near the end of the 1st page, the case mouth seems to have some taper or roll over starting about 1/6 maybe 3/16 before the end. Almost like the chamber is forming the end of the brass. Maybe just be the oic, but worth a look.

That's 2 grains over the Sierra manual max. Sounds like you started at a max load from the Hornady manual. Every gun is different things like bore dimensions, bullet length ect. Did you ever shoot lighter loads and see if the problem goes away? Why wouldn't you suspect heavy bolt lift wasn't related to a hot load in your rifle. The simple thing is to back off 2 grains and see if the problem goes away. Doesn't cost money, no gunsmith fees, no chamber or die cast.I used the hodgdon load data. Theirs claim 41.3 in a winchester case with 24” barrel is running 3009
I’m at 39.5 with adg brass which does have a smaller capacity running 2975 with a 26” barrel. If it was hot wouldn’t it have shown up in the previous rounds. I have about 175 down the barrel. I recently went from the hornady 105 to the 107 smk with no other changes. It shot much more consistent at 800
I can try that. First I’m going to get them trimmed. Hodgdon starts at 37.5 max is 41.3. I started at 39.0. I’m not saying it isn’t a hot load in my rifle but the bolt lift doesn’t feel like others I have felt in other rifles nor does the primers look bad to me.
