Rimfire Gallery--Show Us Your Gun

Pete...The Wood Smith doing the work probably bought the butt plate and forearm mount from George at Treebone. Mine is A RKS Gain Twist #4 barrel 30".Has won alot of matches both offhand and BR. MVA iron and I also have a DZ Scope bought about 5 years ago.It is used on my 38-55 Helm, there a Matched Pair!Though I use a 10X Lyman Jr and 30X Lyman target on the 22. The wood I cut from a 6' at the base walnut tree in 1986.Most of my guns have wood from that tree. The crotch flame I have held onto all these years...the 22 silhouette stock seemed a perfect place ,it will be a Dandy. Wow...32 years! Will keep in touck....Thankyou, Pete B.

Just got this one built by Joe Chacon. Hope to shoot it soon. Bad weather has stopped me this week but next week looks like I might get to. The Hawke scope will be coming off. A Nightforce competition 15-55x52 is on the way. Joe and Lisa Chacon are great to deal with and Joe does not mind giving advice or information if you need it. 20190219_215509.jpg 20190219_215433.jpg

Here's the newest acquisition.... CZ 457 Varmint MTR , Area 419 30 MOA rail and a NF Competition Fixed 42X44 scope. Lightened the trigger down to 1-1.5 lbs and shot my first NRA Smallbore Prone match with Lapua Midas+. Sighted in at 100yds and no ammo testing yet. Managed second place with a 1196-73X! She's a shooter!IMG_20190223_145835815.jpg

My boys bought me a Savage 93R17 for Christmas years ago and after buying a stock I can live with here it is. It has a Bushnell 4200 6X16 AO scope on it. The stock is a Boyds that they don't seem to offer anymore. I used Linseed oil cut with mineral spirits as a finish on it. I didn't want a gloss finish that would be hard to touch up. It shoots 1-1 1/4" @ 100yds. which is close enough for Graydiggers.93R17b.jpg

I just got my same ole mark ii back from scott null. He did his accurizing package and bedded it into a richards microfit benchrest stock for me. I ahaped and finished the stock just need to go shoot it.

It is still wearing the Athlon 8-34×56 glass.

I haven't seen rails over 20 moa used before. (in FTR for example I mostly see 20 moa). Is 30 moa for rimfire common?

First time using the 30 moa rail , using it for local match .22 LR prone F class at 200 yds. Only other option was a 15 moa rail and that wasn't sufficient.

I’ll play, it’s a Vudoo 20” MTU barrel, Huber 2 stage trigger, AX chassis topped with a 3-27 Schmidt High Power H59
