Hmmmm ... let's see. You posted that a friend was visited by law enforcement after putting firearm related info on another forum:
"I don't want to come off as some tin hat fool. 7 months ago my close friend posted on another forum his set up including collection.
3 weeks after a sheriff and the ATF were at his door saying well we just are doing a compliance check."
Based on that incident, you advised caution when sharing that type of information. I agreed, but said your sage advice would not be heeded, because some folks one this Forum are compelled to do so, anyway.
You also said:
"You should practice saying stupid things to people face to face instead of hiding behind your computer.
That is what real men do and they don't bother if they are commenting on a forum.
I helped make sure you had the right to say whatever."
Well into my 7th decade, I've had a long history of saying exactly what I think to people, face to face and otherwise. So I guess that makes me a real man.
If your statement: "I helped make sure you had the right to say whatever," means you're a Veteran, so am I. U.S. Army 1965-1967, 2nd Infantry Division, 2nd Med Battalion, Republic of South Korea.
Thank you for your Service Brother.
No one was trolled. I didn't "twist" your words, or anyone else's. I didn't mention anyone's name, or any specific medical issue, that could be associated with a Poster. My sprained wrist example was just a silly example of a medical issue, as was the waking up dead one.
It's news to me that advising caution when posting personal information, is "spewing hate." And, I seriously doubt the Forum Boss ["moderators"] will be offended by what was said in my previous one. But, as always I could be wrong.
Best Wishes,
SmittyJon
