Go with a CZ 75 or derivative. There are people who shoot Bullseye pistol with them stock. Very accurate out of the box. Put a reflex red dot on it. Go shoot. A lot.
These guys can help with grips made to fit YOUR hand. Thanks for the suggestions everyone. I will add that I've got big hands. A model 19 doesn't really fit me: I can't get my finger in the trigger guard without breaking my grip from the gun and I end up pulling the trigger with the second joint of my finger (closest to palm). There is no way for me to contort my fingers in such a way as to use the pad of my finger, or even the first joint like a lot of folks do. So that's a major consideration and part of why I was thinking of going with a large, full-frame pistol. A generously sized trigger guard, changeable grips, and an adjustable trigger shoe would be very nice options to have!
Oh neat! I've been thinking I need to look for a different grip for the revolver to extend the pull some. These guys can help with grips made to fit YOUR hand.

Spendy, but you only have to buy them once.
The P210 target is the best of of the box precision pistol I can think of.I don't know about the CZ but you might want to check out the SIG P210 Target. The reviews look pretty good for it and it looks like it would fit your requirements.

What a fun coincidence! I ended up with a CZ Tactical Sport: the long barrel 9mm comp gun. I really enjoy shooting it and it is very well made. It shoots everything I have put in it from fast 115 to subsonic 150.Yours looks like a Shadow 2 to my untrained eyes.Ha! Old thread but I have moved forward and can offer a new perspective. I went after one of those old Mauser Lugers on Gunbroker and got it. After shooting it for a while, I learned it’s nice but very finicky about what load you feed it. Also, you need a Kungfu grip to load more than 4 rounds in the magazine. It’s a nice collector but I can see why it was replaced.
I bought a CZ off a friend. It was an impulse buy for him and he never shot it. They are fantastic pistols! It’s my favorite shooter! It’s one of the better offerings of the 75. Can’t remember which one.View attachment 1728284
