Is there a setting on the Garmin to turn off auto updates?
I did the update while at the range and didn't have any missed shots. It shows 3.30 as the update. Is there anyone besides me that didn't have a problem? The 3.30 update says it added downrange mode to pro settings. Have you explored that option, that maybe something is looking further downrange and increased chance it could miss a shot?
Maybe turn pro settings off.
I un-paired mine from my phone and so far no update has shown up.Is there a setting on the Garmin to turn off auto updates?
Weird, mine is showing 3.27 and it updated this morning and I started having issues.the newest bug version is SW 3.30
Just switched the down range mode on. I’ll see if it makes a difference tomorrow morning at the range, unless someone reports back today shooting with down range mode on.
Hopefully Garmin tech rep gets back to me. They’re usually pretty good whenever I have an issue.I switched it on, then off, missed shots either way. With 3.27 I shot 175 22 K-Hornet and it never missed a shot.
Does anybody know what the downrange mode is supposed to do?Just switched the down range mode on. I’ll see if it makes a difference tomorrow morning at the range, unless someone reports back today shooting with down range mode on.
When that feature is enabled, the screen will be flashing when a shot is detected by the Xero when set up downrange. The screen flashing is an indicator that can be seen, since the screen can not be seen/read from a distance. This feature can be enabled or disabled for how you might want to use the Xero.Does anybody know what the downrange mode is supposed to do?
