PM a picture

How do you send a picture in a Private Message. I do not see any place to add an attachment. Is there something I'm missing?

Yes, but it ask for a URL. I don't have a URL only a picture I want to attach. Need some help on this.

Tried to send picture in PM. Let me know if it worked. If not, will try other ways.

If you see what I saw, after my second attempt, then it worked. I used the second link associated with a picture that I had uploaded to a free Photobucket album. the link designated as "direct". I highlighted, copied and pasted it into the designated space after clicking on the image icon at the top of the composition frame.
