For all of us, Jet, Twoboxer, Joe and others who bought, I hope we are generally satisfied with the purchase.
I have access to one also but like the idea of being able to save the photos for future comparisons.Hope so to. I have access to Hawkeye's at work so am interesting in comparing them.

I got mine the other day. For the price, I love it.
I looked at the bore of a .308 which I'd cleaned (thoroughly, I thought) last week. After a good deal of scrubbing, it's finally clean enough.
It looks like Remington packed a handful of sand into the chamber for the final pass of the reamer. It's nice to have a borescope, but you may not always like what you see,
Was reading more reviews on the Lyman borecam and one fella mentioned that the scope rod has ruler type measurements printed on it so that if you identify a problem area in your bore, you'll know right where it is.
With a Hawkeye you could easily mark the rod, then measure it with a tape to figure that out, but I thought that was a nice touch of convenience on Lyman's part![]()
Same hereGot back from the gun club and there was a package on the front porch from Gunstop. I feel like Ralphie on Christmas morning.![]()
Sure beats having to use a camera adapter on a Hawkeye.
