Kind of new to the shooting sports and looking to buy a chronograph. Have several guns to shoot and load for, but one of my main concerns is how well the unit works with suppressed subsonic loads such as the 300 blackout.
Yes, it does. Suppressed stuff I always use doppler and have much better success.Highest sensitivity, place the labradar forward of the muzzle, and it picks up suppressed 300bo for me.
I wonder if Doppler mode would work any better?
Snow sure don't bother mine when i use it 'O)I have one I bought in Dec. before I left Phoenix, and if this dam snow would stop, I might have a chance to try it out!
I'm with you. I have a 35P and all I use it for is to get to a know node when changing powder lots. I spent my money on something more useful. Got rid of my BS Annealer and got myself a AMP unit. Best 1100 bucks I ever spent.I'm still using the latest version of Magnetospeed and haven't seen any advantage in spending that much more money for the same information. YMMV

Thats good enough for me, mine is out side my door so thats a plus in the winter...Lol, preacher we have 26" of snow can't get into the range!
