Ok, got it all working, did as above mentioned, use the cheap timer relay to trigger a SSR . Also added a reverse polarity diode at the ZVS unit and all works great now. Thanks for the info guys,

I have been following this thread on and off with great interest for a long time. I am about rerady to start gathering materials ans build an automatic annelaer for my self. Is there a complete sumary of the latest recommendations somewhere so I do no go back through all 189 pages?
