Hodgden powder problem ?

Is anybody else seeing this with Hodgden varget and H4350 in lot# starting with 7
As you know these are made in Australia just wondering if you have the same batch numbers as us picture of those two cases is 223 Remington grass just 4 hours after firing with varget I am getting the same with H4350 in my 260 but it takes at least 24 hours to present in the case and neck .

Did it rain and moisture got inside the cases?

Where the cases wet tumbled with steel media? Got all the powder coating off so moisture can get to the case easier? Do they look that way inside the case or just the necks?

I don't think this is a case problem even shows up in the muzzle of my firearm two days later the reason why now I clean whenever I get home as you can see from the pick most of it has rubbed off just a slip of the finger will rub this stuff off whatever it is it's weird .
For want of a better description it seems like oxidized powder residue

Last time I shot my 6br 2 days later the necks looked oxidized like that. But I was using an IMR powder.

I see it often here in the soggy at times PNW

Not just H4350 either, N570 and R26 as well.
Just a thought.
Rl26 and n570 both have anti- copper additives that might migrate the gassed copper towards the muzzle...however I'm sure Hodgdon powder do not have it.

These rifles get used 3 or 4 times a week so I only clean them when they need it .
Been using these powders for so long I have never seen this problem before
