Give R16 at try. Downside of forums is opinions are worth about what you pay for them. No substitute for taking the best options and doing it for yourself.

I was going to suggest IMR 4451. But not only does Hodgdon not publish any 4451 data for 308 Win, they don't publish any 4350 either, which surprises me.

I would consider IMR 4166.
