Had a few minutes in the shop last night and decided to try Hobo oil to re-size a few pieces of brass. I chose a few pieces of Lapua brass formed into 284 Shehane. I put a small amount of HO on a cotton shotgun cleaning patch so it would be easy to apply with my gloved hand. Sizing was really smooth and easy, so I wiped off the case and did the bolt drop test with the rifle. WTH??

The bolt was tight as if the case hadn't been re-sized. Took a datum measurement and sure 'nuff the shoulder hasn't been bumped back my normal .001. Took a 2nd case and repeated the drill, same result. Took a 3rd case and lubed it with Imperial, sized it and the bolt dropped normally.
Finally, re-adjusted my die down a few degrees, and now it sizes the brass the correct amount using HO.
Feel free to come to your own conclusions as to what happened here, but my neanderthal brain says that the HO is significantly thinner that Imperial.
(No brainer there).
I going to try several methods of cleaning the residue off the brass next to see what is the fastest way to do that task.
I hope this helps,
Lloyd
