Thank you Bro. Yes Sir this thing will shoot the 107 Sierras along with the 105 & 95 gr. VLD Bergers as well.
Gotta try some 107's in my 6BR that Zack barreled for me. It also is an 8 twist Brux.
Currently shooting the 80 grain Berger's very well though.
5 shots, not 10 like Bill's.

Man, if a guy can't get ur done with a gun that shoots like that, you better just hang it up and quit. That's some fine shootin for sure. I only have one Brux barrel, mostly have Krieger and Hart, but those Brux pipes sure do shoot well.

Thank you Sir for the great compliments. Shooting Zack's builds makes my groups look much better than I ever thought I would be able to shoot. He has built 6 other rifles for me with several different barrel brands. (Krieger, Hawk Hill, Lilja, etc.) and he has # 8 on the operating table for me. The guy can build an accurate rifle and with the quality and prices to match his work.

Old Remmy 700V re-barreled with a Bartlein barrel. Sits in an HS Precision stock, semi-custom bedded with MarineTex by yours truly. Zeiss V4 6-24X.

It is chambered in the very exotic and ultra rare .223 Remington. Yes, brass and reload data is very difficult to find but the cartridge performance is worth it.

Ahem.

:)

I am hoping this will be a real prairie dog whacker this coming summer.

I’m headed to the PDog Towns of NM this 4th of July Weekend. I’m interested to see what everyone is shooting, post a pic or two of your favorite varmint rifles! Here are the two going with me this weekend (along with my Kidd 1022)

First is a custom 6mmBR aka “My Son” (I have three daughters)
Bat-B, Jewel Trigger, McMillan A5 stock, 1:8 Krieger

Second is my new 6x45 Ackley Improved aka “The Flea Shooter”
Tikka T3x receiver, Green Mountain 1:10 (profiled and chambered myself), MDT LSS Chassis, Magpul PRS Gen 3 Stock, Vortex Viper PST Scope

Ok here’s something a bit different. These are my two favorite “varmint airguns” in the Philippines, just waiting for me to show up there again sometime this year for some daga (rat) hunting and palaka (frog) sniping.
