Favorite Varmint Rifle Pics Please!

I’m headed to the PDog Towns of NM this 4th of July Weekend. I’m interested to see what everyone is shooting, post a pic or two of your favorite varmint rifles! Here are the two going with me this weekend (along with my Kidd 1022)

First is a custom 6mmBR aka “My Son” (I have three daughters)
Bat-B, Jewel Trigger, McMillan A5 stock, 1:8 Krieger

Second is my new 6x45 Ackley Improved aka “The Flea Shooter”
Tikka T3x receiver, Green Mountain 1:10 (profiled and chambered myself), MDT LSS Chassis, Magpul PRS Gen 3 Stock, Vortex Viper PST Scope

big barrel contour. looks great. which contours are they, and what do you like/dislike about them? thanks in advance.

.224 Nisqually on Model 70 pushfeed. It is a small rifle primer cartridge with a 40 degree shoulder and the volume of a .22-250 Ackley or .220 Swift. Krieger 10 flute barrel nitrocarburized for longer life.

I've been wanting a sporter weight .223 for a while. At the beginning of the month I picked up a Tikka T3x Superlite. I cannot begin to tell you what a joy this rifle is to me. I know I'm probably preaching to the choir, telling everyone what they already know. I mounted a Leupold 6.5-20 and began to work up loads. The guarantee is 1" three shot groups at 100 yds. Every load I gave this rifle shot smaller than 1" with 1/2"-3/4" the norm. Since I live in California, I can only hunt with non-lead bullets. I ended up with Barnes Varmint Grenade. Since the rifle is an 8" twist, I settled on the 50 gr. over 24 grains of N133. Velocity is 3300-3400 fps.
I went out yesterday to shoot ground squirrels. All shots were over 100 yds. with 200 yds. the farthest. I was shooting off of Primos trigger sticks. Very accurate.tikka.jpgVG hit.jpgVG track.jpg

Notice the furrow the bullet left in the last pick. This bullet went through this squirrel exited and still left that furrow. All in all the rifle performed better than I expected. The only change I would make would to be able to adjust the sear engagement. Did I mention that the rifle, all in, weighs 7lbs. 4oz.
What a great rifle!
