BULLETS.COM Wrapping up!

That's sad to hear. I've purchased a March scope from Bullets.com, and shipping to me in Canada was easy. A great company to deal with.

Does anyone on this forum know of what dealers other than Optics Planet carry March scopes? In the announcement, it is stated that March scopes will be available from "many dealers" (including Optics Planet). Can anyone tell me who the other dealers are?

I'm sure they've been getting slammed with orders, but anybody else getting concerned that a significant amount of time has gone by with no updates about your order?
7 days have now gone by since my second placed order, no updates, no confirmation. My first order took 2 full days I believe, until I got an email telling me that some items that I ordered were no longer in stock and they would be cancelled from my order. Then 1 more day until I got a shipping notice for the remaining items.
As I said, for my second order, it's been 7 days and nothing. I am rather concerned that at this point I will get nothing from it, as their inventory has been depleted so fast. I'm sure I placed it in time to be in the queue for at least a great deal of it, but my confidence is waning that my priority in the queue will be honored at this point, and I'll get none of it, even though I may have placed it in time, and it was in stock at the time.
They don't seem to list a phone number on their contact page, or I would have already called.

Anybody else placed an order in the last 7 days and received either a confirmation or shipping email?

I placed an order last Friday and have not heard anything. Figure they are pretty busy filling all the orders placed prior. We’re probably not the ones waiting.

You aren’t. I got first order fine. They are swamped as word has passed around I am sure. I had to contact grizzly, one of his other companies this week too. They have auto reply on their tech support website saying that due to such high volume expect 72 hours for response. It didn’t take that long, but I bet the bank it’s the same customer service company for all of his companies. They are probably stretched pretty thin. That’s a lot of inventory going a bunch of different places.

That is what I thought would happen. They are a great company and the item I ordered was just something that I wanted and didn’t need right away and half figured it would be gone by the time they got to me..

It took 8 days for my order to ship but I expected delays because of the closeout process. You can always send them an email to check on order status, I did and got a reply the same day.
 
My first order was shipped within 2 days. Second order took longer, like a week. Part of it came from main warehouse and part came from another location according to the shipped notice. At least, I took it that way. 19 boxes of Bergers came from one locale amd one from another. I bought a press for another guy and 3 days later, said it was sold out and would be taken off invoice. Matt
 
I called that number about 10 days ago and the lady I spoke with said she was in Missouri. I am guessing she was at Grizzly.
thats why i put" i think". i wasnt sure. i didnt pay attention where my order came from but i got it in a couple days. that was when the sale started.
