I'm sure they've been getting slammed with orders, but anybody else getting concerned that a significant amount of time has gone by with no updates about your order?
7 days have now gone by since my second placed order, no updates, no confirmation. My first order took 2 full days I believe, until I got an email telling me that some items that I ordered were no longer in stock and they would be cancelled from my order. Then 1 more day until I got a shipping notice for the remaining items.
As I said, for my second order, it's been 7 days and nothing. I am rather concerned that at this point I will get nothing from it, as their inventory has been depleted so fast. I'm sure I placed it in time to be in the queue for at least a great deal of it, but my confidence is waning that my priority in the queue will be honored at this point, and I'll get none of it, even though I may have placed it in time, and it was in stock at the time.
They don't seem to list a phone number on their contact page, or I would have already called.
Anybody else placed an order in the last 7 days and received either a confirmation or shipping email?
