Yes, and Hornady Black shoots itty bitty groups for my AR. I'm saving my 123s for the AR and I like CFE223, Leverevolution, and 8208 for that application. For my bolt action; I needed a use for my WC846 supply which performs well on the accuracy front.

Attached is AR grouping with Hornady Black.
Best part is ammo was free from Powder Valley Christmas giveaway.

You'll have to look past a few of those sight-in adjustments and various sneezes. I try to use my targets until tape won't keep them together anymore.
