I really like the 224 Valkyrie, but it’s another in a long line of examples of cases that have been basically bungled by their creator. Just reinforces what a good job Hornady does at promoting and supporting their offerings.

Once I have to worry about cost it’s really not a sport for me. In other words don’t shoot at all. Then barrel life will surpass your life. Not much enjoyment in that.

It’s easy to see why a 30BR is so easy on barrels.
As for the ARC case, put it in a well assembled Benchrest Rifle throated to shoot 65/68 grn (6 mm) bullets and it would probably perform quite similar to a 6PPC. Maybe a tad over bore, but with the right powder?

22 Creed is going ridiculously fast for such a lightweight bullet. 22 Creed is for rich kids with more money than sense.
