Those bullets rock!I have some 200 grainers from motana bullets works on the way. They make great bullets. I get all my 357 and 44 bullets from them. They are also accuracy guys. Have chambered some barrels for them over the years.
I like AA #9 for regular 10mm but when I want HOT 10mm I use 800X and hand weigh every charge
I have loaded the 10mm for years and tested many bullets and powders.Looking for tricks of the trade & any tips. Long time rifle & rimed handgun cartridge reloader. 1st time reloading autos, and I'm going hot 10mm, like new Starline brass, AA #9 and MBW 200 WFN-GC.

I have only seen large primers in 10 mm brass, unless maybe Federal 10 mm no lead ammo has small primers. While I have been loading the 10mm for quite a few years now, I don't have much to offer, as we don't shoot the 10mm that much.
The last load I used was this one:

I had to use small pistol primers, but did use Federal primers and brass.
Probably good advice.I have loaded the 10mm for years and tested many bullets and powders.
I suggest you don't focus on "hot" loads but stay as little below max. You will find a little slower velocity kills just as well with no difference. Use 200 gr cast bullets. Practice with medium to low power loads and mix in a few of heavy cast loads to sight in and get the feel of things. Keep the range short and take well placed shots and you will like the cartridge.
Good hunting.
