Any Pistol guys here?

I am looking at buying my first handgun and am curious about what you guys think of the Smith & Wesson M&P22? I am looking for a reliable accurate 22.lr for shooting at the range for fun. No competitions just for fun.

Thanks
The Ruger 22/45 is their cheaper model with the grip angle of a 1911 and I've had one for years and shot it in competition for a while, never jammed or failed to extract, is very accurate too. My go to gun for local rodents.

I would vote for the Ruger Mark III Hunter version. I have used it in bullseye matches and steel challenges and it's been extremely reliable and accurate. Model 41 would be excellent although its a bit more expensive.

Also a 22/45 fan here. I have one with the bull barrel. Mounted a modified C-More to the top and shot Steel Challenge with it, did great. Trigger and extractor job also helps. And very accurate. We shoot steel at 120 yards off my side porch with ease and much grinning.............

Hi I have a ruger Mark II in ss sab side competition pistol. It is a shooter. If u want a 9mm look at a Sig P 320 compact. I carry one every day. I carry one as my ccw. If u want a 45 auto look at a 1911.
