Alec Baldwin Case Status

In any other world away from Hollyweird, the person who held the gun, pointing it at another person and firing it, would be neglecting the most basic principle of responsible gun handling, that we should assume every gun is loaded. If this was me, I'd already be serving my sentence. Sad, and I understand that it took other circumstances that may have been someone else's fault but none of that changes the FACT that he held the gun and neglected the most basic principle of responsible gun handling...period. It was his responsibility to check that gun...nobody else's. Even if they had someone with that job title, it doesn't change the law and it doesn't change the fact that he was negligent. Sad, yes, but mostly because it was very preventable.
The fact that it was a real gun that could fire real bullets meant nothing to these idiots. And look at the Hollywood elites and just overall liberal losers and the red tape BS and hoops they want everyone to jump through to be able to own a gun. This universal background check BS, mandatory training in class, hands on, mental health and physical requirements. They can't conduct any of that stuff in Hollywood and set the example for us idiot Americans that comprise the rest of the country? The most damn basic of firearm competency and they fail or totally disregard as not necessary cause someone else is supposed to be responsible for them. That just makes everything they did look even worse. And I have met a bunch of idiots that believe he's not responsible, "how was Baldwin supposed to know?", "he's not around guns all the time, it is the armorer's fault". Oh... really. It's that simple in some people's minds and Baldwin and his lawyers from Day 1 have played into the minds of the idiots that think that.

But now, Baldwin probably ruined it for the future Hollywood moron that tries to pull this in the future. Not that there is an excuse for it in the first place, but now they might actually have to sign their name on a document that says something like, "I know what a real gun is. I know that guns are dangerous. I know that I am responsible for what I point at. I understand that there may be real bullets in the gun I am handed to by someone and that I have to take 3 or 4 whole seconds out of my life and look inside each chamber to make sure I don't kill another human being, and that I can't use BS excuses if I do kill someone." Sign and Date here idiot.

And they treat and think of us as we're the morons in the USA. lol

Exactly , what do any of us do when we are handed a gun? Eject Mag , check chamber. I was taught this as a child and this guy was never taught these basics and a person died. He is responsible!

Bingo! They want gun mfgs to be responsible for what gun owners do but they want no part of responsibility themselves and blame it on someone else. What If I shot someone with your gun and blamed you for not explaining to me that guns can kill people? And it might be loaded. Bottom line is...logic. You check it. PERIOD. No excuses. No exceptions...just responsibility for criminal negligence when a life is extinguished because someone acted irresponsibly. It's not even a little bit complicated is it?

Oh, but in a Biden world, everything is someone else's fault and roughly half of the counry agrees with the irresponsible side.

Curious...asking for a friend...does anyone here know how a SAA fires? I mean, step by step, mechanically? Cause his initial defense was it just went off.

Yes, sarcasm....
Well Brother ahhhhh.......well no I just dont know but i was told the trigger had to be pulled.... I will look into this.....but i got to ask for a friend. What kind of round was in the chamber of your test gun.....? LOL
