For 180HYB and a Wyatt extended box I used .037" FB @ 1.5° to touch for somewhere around 2.950" OAL. I'd have to go look for more specific numbers. What throat angle are you using? Throat angle can make a pretty big difference.
It shouldnt be much.

I believe it's a 1 degree throat, it is Mr Wheelers print, only changing the freebore. I'm thinking the 0 freebore will work well. These will be mag fed from MDT or Accurate mags in a short action AI rifle. I can load as long as long 2.95 but want some wiggle room

Theres nothing wrong with the 1.5 degree lead. I would go to that and you would be better off. Ask JGS to redo the print with a 1.5 and you should have some feebore.

Any idea if you have to do anything extra with the SAC dies?First thing is that once you have clickers, it's pretty tough to get rid of them completely, especially with Lapua brass because it's pretty beefy. But starting with virgin brass I'm using Cortina's sizing die. In a standard press it works great but I have found that with my auto drive on a 750 I need to 'pre-size' the base with Cortina's mandrel die minus the mandrel to knock the base down before hitting it with the full length sizing die. His mandrel die is base sized to match his sizing die so it's a great combo and I get zero clickers now.

I've gotten it to work with just Cortina's sizing die on the drive and I have a buddy who uses the SAC on an auto drive but another friend had trouble with both but I don't know his chamber dimensions. I only use the mandrel die just to make life easier on the auto drive, I did say 'need' but it's not really a need if you lube properly. When I was using Cortina's die on the 750 without the drive it wasn't a big deal and I didn't have any clickers and I even tested it on the Zero Press and had no issues. But with the drive I have no feeling so I try to make things as easy as possible for the press and the brass especially since I work on other stuff while it's working. That's all.
My .200 is .535 for reference.

Which Boreguide is everyone using for this? I have the possum hollow one for .284 win, but don’t know if it’ll work for this.
I have a delrin boreguide that was made for Borden actions, works fine.

I was told I could let the cat out of the bag. We have ADG brass that you can shoot right out of the box now. I was told the first real run will happen this winter. I sent some to Tim Vaught, hes currently shooting some.

I got .3115" for the neck diameter on a loaded round.
Hi Alex,
Are you able to comment on whether the ADG brass measures differently to Lapua in any key areas, and will the clicker issue be something that people still need to stay on top of with a combination of chamber diameter vs brand of resizing die?
