You can load everything hotter before reaching pressure. 75gr Elds @3000 fps are a laser.If only using 80s, why the longer ISSF chamber? I was under the impression that the ISSF chamber was designed to use 90s. What gains over, say a wylde, that already allows long seating an 80?

Yup.Put them in a deep cookie sheet lined with paper towels and shake the thing for a few minutes.
