So I always use factory ammo for the first round sin a new gun ...mainly so I can get fire formed brass...and if it blows it in my face I know it's not my reloadingHow's it shoot
I just swapped my standard ar bolt in 224v/6.8spc into the carrier without problem. Even with the sealing washers on the bolt fit fine and still operated fine. Haven’t shot it yet. The lack of the sealing washers gives it a slightly smoother locking feel, less gritty feeling.First off thanks for all the pictures. They answer almost all of my questions. My last question is can you swap any bolt head into the bca carrier assembly? Or are you stuck with bca bolt heads? Thank you again for all the great pictures.
...sweet Lord it don't make any sense how tight BCA puts these things on. Also the real avid AR wrench is not the one to use for these barrel nuts ...honey that might have been my problem. Any how thing just keep slipping and ..yeah...ended up having to use my uncle's vice a small pipe wrench and a cheaper pipe
Ate UK the outside and found out the inside threads where toast so had to cannibalize a older upper I had lying around
Which was also a BCA and ...yeahhh
