USPS Delivery Issues and Delays

Butch, it did arrive, but I was skeptical from the tracking about a good outcome. Just so that I am not deceiving anyone, it was only some bushings for a reamer and not a complete rifle. I typically track all of my packages that I can, so that I will have an idea of an ETA. I can not complain about the service though, I put a stamp on a letter and it typically arrives where it is supposed to. I understand that I am not their only customer and that they handle more than my package or letter each day. I think it is amazing that losses do not happen more often

I am amazed that a first class letter took 8 days to go from Mangham, LA to Clarksville, TN. The distance is just under 500 miles (I once lived in Clarksville).

Reckon those USPS workers are whispering among themselves. The deliveries for US Priority Mail has no priority and is getting slower and slower. Maybe help has arrived.

USPS is still the best deal going. It certainly could use some revamping.

I had an Anschutz magazine shipped by UPS on 1/27/25. It's still not here. Tracking says it's still enroute but is delayed. No S88t. Our Government at work.

People that want to increase nationalization and government involvement should really take a good hard look at the VA and USPS

When you pay postage to mail an envelope and it never gets there, that's not the best thing going. When you pay extra to get it there faster and it doesn't get there any faster, that's not the best thing going. When you pay for insurance and you never get a penny for your claim, that's not a good thing going. The USPS is the biggest ripoff ever and they should not be allowed to stay in business! Period!

I had a priority mail envelope disappear with a bank cashiers check enclosed. MIA Going on 6 months now. Yup things gotta change.

I have reached the point where I am asking the vendor what the shipping method is. If it's USPS, I will pay extra for another option. Or, if no other option is available through them, I tell them NO thanks and go to another vendor.

I'd like to see USPS go private. That's what will happen eventually, anyway. Or it will cost $5 to mail a letter.

I only ship through USPS, for me it's by far the cheapest and the fastest. If it could be better though, I'm all for it!

Once upon a time you could pick one that was better than the rest .they are all terrible now.

The only thing USPS has going they tend to find your house better cause they go to your mail box every day.sad but true

FedEx goes off of Gps pings and doesn't read mail boxes.its all a mess

These UPS packages getting stuck are criminal employees stealing them .nothing else
You'll never see them....

We need someone with balls to straighten out all this mess.

I'm pretty tired of smelling the weed smoke flowing out of delivery trucks.lol

there is something wrong when a letter takes 12 days to go 13 Miles via USPS. UPS is not much better.

I went to mail $50 USPS priority today, knowing if they lose it it's insured for $100.
All I smelled in the parking lot was weed. Lol
