I’m not sticking up for them. I’m saying if you were an insurance company, if you were to quote a policy for a home in that cluster of a state (Cali), what would the price be? Remember, no water, lots of fuel, Santa Anna winds, zero leadership, etc.
Hey Fellers, something I haven't seen addressed yet that will be worth watching is how they are going to clean up 40,000+ acres of hazard materials (which is what a burned house is) with battery operated heavy equipment and transported by battery operated trucks to an APPROVED hazardous waste site and where that might be....... having been involved with such, just watching them put up a containment fence around the area to prevent runoff will probably be a pretty good show.... JohnI wonder how much of the tax base has been erased.

A man walking his dog here in Livingston, Montana just 2 days ago chatted as we went threw the dog park. He said someone he hardly knows called him and asked if he would be kind enough t0 take their 3 horses and pasture and feed them if they could get them to Montana. They had no where to feed or care for them in Calif0rnia He said no cause he thought it might be a con job.
