Me too, and it took FOREVER to get the solvent off.
I have one after reading a thread like this, that was a mistake. I have never gotten corroded brass but that cloth is a mess, if that was the only way to do it, I wouldn't.I'm convinced there is more than one "krazy kloth." Some people have no problems. Some people get corroded brass.
I have never dull, used to use it on Harley side cover to make them look like chrome. On brass you then need to clean the never dull residue off. That is the reason I wash them and I'm done! No cleaning off the cleaning stuff! Washing in the tumbler does not damage brass!NevR Dull is very good. That’s the route I’d go. It cleans just about anything metallic and leaves very little residue.
Thanks for the cleaning suggestions.

Where do you get this tool?I’ve been using this little tool to clean the neck and shoulder before annealing it’s quick and easy but I wasn’t getting the results I was looking for, Now I just chuck my brass in case holder and use a piece of 3M pad, kinda PITA but brass comes out squeaky clean
I don’t clean inside my brass, let the carbon build up for lubrication.

I feel it's important to clean the oxidation film, which is rather rough, off the neck to protect my sizing dies, so I clean with 000 steel wool.I did a search and could not find a answer. I anneal with a AMP. Is it important to clean the outside of the neck? I use 0000 steel wool and all it seems to do is polish the case. Would using a vibratory do the same?
I have one for sale from Harvey, the way I clean I really don't use it.a member here @Harvey McCraw used to sell them
think about this for just a moment, if you clean BEFORE resizing you have die lube on your brass, to me that means I have to clean it again (wipe down anyway) the way I do it avoids this step and I'm all about saving steps at my age. Now if I could just learn to shoot!!
