Well, no reloading, very little cleaning. .05 per shot max with good pellets. At 25 yards no conditions ONCE you learn you can shoot groups in the zeros. At 50 yards outdoors with little or no wind you can shoot in th 1s or 2s.. They will teach you bench manners like nothing else.

Price j4 bullet jackets have gone up think bullets will most likely go up 40% or more

Prices of bullets have been going up for a while now. I ordered 5000 30 caliber match bullets from Bart 2 years ago when they were 39 cent a piece. As of July last year they are now 49 cents each. I didn't need them whatsoever but if I figured I could snag them at 39 cents each before the prices were going to go up I was golden. I didn't end up getting them. Charlie Hood went up I believe a penny apiece on his lead cores. What the hell hasn't gone up in price? That's life. Compared to my new hobby cars competing in matches for me was very cheap.

My wife and I go out for date night, once a week. My pick is a good local hamburger joint. Big burgers with onion rings, her glass of wine and my iced tea with tip is just under $50.
Her pick is the nicest restaurant in town. Usually costs me $150.

I really wish some of you would start your own powder and primer co. and then you could create a socialist utopia in the reloading world and sell your products at the cost of producing the products or below your cost and then you would be a hero to the common man and the workers of the world could unite!

I'd certainly love to know where you're looking because every place I shop it's raised some since last fall and one look at the new prices on Hodgdon's site should be enough for you to notice the big increase is coming to all the others very soon. Just get out your calculator and you'll see it's going up 30% from November pricing based on their new price listings.

Sure the normal retailers will be a little less, but based on past history they will all be going up about the same percentage.

Some people blame the people that are buying powder and primers now as the reason why prices remain high. As if they should not buy anything until prices go down. lol Anybody here know for sure you're even going to be here tomorrow?

I had a friend a 1.5 years ago that decided to get into reloading... just his 2 preferred calibers. Equipment prices were back to normal but primer and powder was still high. He spent a few thousand bucks on primers and powder and has enough to last him the rest of his life at the rate he shoots. I told him other people would tell you to wait till prices go down but I have a feeling this is not letting up. Maybe not ever as long as we have this self destructive mentally ill democrat party that has clearly shown everyone that their lives mean nothing. I've always said democrats would rather you die than defend yourself. Liberals can't even deny that at this point.

It took BLM and Covid to wake up the average non gun owning American to realize they might want to get a gun and a bunch of ammo that goes along with it. I'm not sure the country will lull back into that complacent lifestyle they used to live in anytime soon, if ever with what violence is poised to occur that this administration has created the conditions for here at home. The liberals have created psychopaths with their narcotics and gender agenda, catered to criminals and illegals, and made everything easier for terrorists to come on in and set up camp. And Hezbllah has been working right across the border in Mexico since 08.

Even if Trump gets reelected, is there some bright side I'm not seeing in the near future? I'm not seeing the bright side as we watch the next 10 years of consequences unfold for a generation of crack and heroin addicted, marijuana smoking, America hating, psychotropic drug using, Hamas/terrorist sympathizing losers that cater to illegal aliens and criminals at the same time they vote their freedoms away.

So if you need powder... and primers, I say get your powder and primers now, while they are on the shelves.

One administration said we're getting income tax relief, no change on my end and it went up 50%!
One administration said they would put it back where it was before the change, mine never went down a bit.

So much for helping the middle class folks.

As for powder, I got mine for a while but yeah I am a little concerned what it might be down the road. Like so many items it may go up and down due to this or that but on average it just keeps going up up up over time.
